Affordable, Accessible Mental Health Care โ€” Insurance or $150/Month

Membership Plan โ€“ Accessible, Personalized Care

We are in-network with Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Optum Behavioral Health (United Health Care mental health benefit, UMR mental health benefit, Oxford Health Mental Health Benefit, Surest Mental Health Benefit), and Medicare (FFS) in California. Alaska insurance contracts are pending. We also provide out-of-network superbills upon request.

If youโ€™re uninsured or out-of-network, we offer a simple, transparent membership model to make mental health and primary care services more accessible.

$100/month membership includes:

โœฆ A one-hour initial consultation for new patients or one 30-minute follow-up visit per month

โœฆ If you need more than one visit in a given month, members may be eligible for a reduced rate on additional appointments, based on clinical need and availability.

โœฆ Flexible scheduling with a board-certified healthcare provider

โœฆ Cancel anytime โ€” no pressure or hidden fees

โœฆ Prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy or via CostPlus (typically ~$10โ€“$40/year)

โœฆ Membership plans are not insurance and do not replace coverage from health plans. Patients are responsible for any services not included in the membership.

Note on Therapy:
While I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic techniques into care, I am a medical provider who incorporates therapeutic techniques. If you're primarily seeking talk-therapy and not medication management, I recommend you establish with a counselor or psychologist.
ADHD Evaluations:
Initial ADHD evaluations are not included in the membership due to their extended nature (~2+ hours with documentation). The fee is $385.
If youโ€™ve had a recent psychiatric evaluation and are stable on ADHD treatment, we may be able to continue care under the $100/month plan with appropriate records.
